According to the Dallas Business Journal, Hillwood Investment has purchased the largest development site in the exclusive Turtle Creek neighborhood of Dallas. The 6-acre vacant tract is between Turtle Creek and the Katy Trail at Bowen Street and was sold for an undisclosed amount.
So what’s to come on this 6- acre land, will it be used for residential developments? According to the Dallas Morning News, the empty site is large enough for two or three residential towers. Turtle Creek is the most exclusive neighborhood for luxury high-end condos and lofts. Ultra luxury condo buildings such as the Renaissance on Turtle Creek, Twenty-One Turtle Creek Condos, Turtle Creek North, Vendome on Turtle Creek & Plaza at Turtle Creek to name a few reside in this established neighborhood.
