Makin’ Way For Dallas Condos

The implosion of a former Holiday Inn Select this Sunday has made way for a 83-acre mixed use development set for completion in December 2009. Among the plans for this new development? You guessed it. More Dallas condos!
The new development will have high-rises, luxury townhomes, and medical office buildings.
These Dallas condos will be located on the east side of North Central Expressway near Royal Lane.
The destruction of this old Dallas hotel has made way for a new condo development in Dallas and we couldn’t be more excited!
