Declare Your Financial Independence – Buy a Dallas Condo for $150,000 or Less
A recent report by the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University noted that overall home prices in the Dallas-Fort Worth area have been reset to 1990s levels (when adjusted for inflation). Additionally, the latest Standard & Poor/Case-Shiller index showed that Dallas-Fort Worth’s home prices aren’t showing signs of a rebound anytime soon. In fact, as of April 2009, home prices are down five percent in the Metroplex compared to April of last year.
It may be a long summer for some, but not if you’re one of the lucky few in the market to buy a Dallas condo or loft. Bargains are out there!
