Hello from New  York City.  I just wanted to send out a  short message this  morning and give you a quick update on our website  and blogs.  First off  our blogs have been fully restored and we are up  and running at 100%.   So blog followers, readers and admirers &#8211; comment  away!
Secondly the framework of our core website (CondoDomain.com)  has been restored and  successful moved to a brand new server  environment.  In hopes to eliminate all  of the bugs, errors and  downtime we were experiencing, the new site is  lightning fast giving  you all a much better consumer experience.  Search  10X faster today!
Left to be done over the next week.
1.  Reinstall our core MLS search functionality on Boston, Chicago, DC,  Baltimore &amp; NYC
2.  Prepare MLS installations on the remaining 15 new markets.

The price for 1 bedroom condos at the Dallas W continue to drop  throughout the busy spring season. As  we discussed last month, it was apparent that the demand simply  isn’t there even at these price levels and a further correction was  necessary.
Fast forward a month and this 1  bedroom W condo is now listed at $249,000. Originally listed at  $475,000 in 2008, this unit has been on and off the market for the  better half of two years. This W Dallas condo is on the tax rolls at  $380,000 and has monthly HOA dues of $915. Someone needs to protest  their property taxes.
Shortly after the above price reduction,  this 1  bedroom W condo was reduced to $244,900. This bank-owned unit is  also offering up to 3.5% towards buyer closing costs if closed by June  30, for an net asking price of $236,328.

The W Victory  Residences are the latest in the new developments in the trendy and  upbeat Victory Park. Some will ask about home cookin, others for good texmex, but they all ask about the best burger,… so here it is the official best hole in the wall in Dallas is Adair’s Saloon in Deep Ellum.
This burger joint is not recognized by the critics because they just don’t care if you’re a critic or a cop coming in to eat after a late night shift.  These burgers are big with a fresh bun and all the fixin’s topped with a jalapeno stuck right in the top.  Jakes makes an awesome burger and we have a few more that are close, but non compare to Adair’s.  If you go to Adair’s during the Deep Ellum Arts Festival on April 2nd thru the 4th plan on standing in line behind the locals.  Located at 2624 Commerce it is a kick back haven with bands every Friday and Saturday night.

This is the 16th annual Deep Ellum Arts Festival and it is loaded with entertainment and show. The biggest weekend of the year for the Deep Ellum Entertainment District, this free-to-attend outdoor &#8220;street party&#8221; features four outdoor stages with non-stop performances by over 75 national, regional, and local original bands during this three-day festival. With more than 100 top-notch juried decorative and visual artists, muralist, the renowned Deep Ellum Pet Parade, and abundant food and drink, the Deep Ellum Arts Festival attracts a diverse audience and includes affluent art and music enthusiasts. This is an adult-oriented visual and performing arts festival &#8211; while supervised young children and teenagers are welcome, there are no planned activities for them. If you are wanting to look at a condo in Deep Ellum this will be a good time to do it, because I can walk you there in between bands.
