Dallas- Fort Worth based, Hillwood Investment Properties, “is one of the world’s premier commercial real estate developers, investors, and advisors of high-quality real estate projects”. According to the Dallas Business Journal, Hillwood Investment has purchased the largest development site in the exclusive Turtle Creek neighborhood of Dallas. The 6-acre vacant tract is between Turtle Creek and the Katy Trail at Bowen Street and was sold for an undisclosed amount.
