According to Globest.com a local condo developer is planning a 26-unit project to be built next to the former St. Andrew Kim Catholic Church. St. Kim Flats is now on the drawing board and is expected to break ground in 2009.
This new development in East Dallas will play host to 26 units, including three penthouse size condos. One of the penthouse units will even offer a private elevator!

This Friday at 11:30 am, the Ritz Carlton’s Tower Residences will hold a topping-out ceremony to signify the end of the construction of the highest point of this 23-story building. 
According to The Dallas Morning News, this ceremony will not only celebrate the highest point reached for construction, but will also serve as a tribute to the 250 workers on this new development project.
